  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder

Orange Fruit Snacks

  1. Blend the orange juice and orange marmalade until smooth.
  2. Pour into a saucepan, and add the agar agar powder. Whisk to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Simmer whisking constantly for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat, and pour into molds.
  6. Refrigerate until set (at least 6 hours).
  7. Pop out and enjoy. Keep leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Strawberry Fruit Snacks

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Simmer whisking constantly for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat, and pour into molds.
