Orange Fruit Snacks
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Strawberry Fruit Snacks
- 1 cup berry/cherry juice
- 1/4 cup strawberry jelly
- 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Blueberry Fruit Snacks
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Green Juice Fruit Snacks
- 1 cup green juice
- 1–2 tbsp agave or honey
- 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Instructions
Orange Fruit Snacks
- Blend the orange juice and orange marmalade until smooth.
- Pour into a saucepan, and add the agar agar powder. Whisk to combine.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Simmer whisking constantly for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, and pour into molds.
- Refrigerate until set (at least 6 hours).
- Pop out and enjoy. Keep leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Strawberry Fruit Snacks
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk to combine.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Simmer whisking constantly for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, and pour into molds.
- Refrigerate until set (at least 6 hours).
