Easy air fryer baked oats with a high-protein blended maple almond batter, plenty of vegan chocolate chips, and a fluffy cake-for-breakfast feel in less than 15 minutes with 20 grams of protein!

- 1/2 cup (60g) Seven Sunday’s Maple Almond Protein Oats (FEASTINGONFRUIT for 30% off!)
- 1/2 ripe banana (~50g)
- 1/3 cup (80g) almond milk
- 2 tablespoons (32g) almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F
- Blend everything except the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour into a greased ramekin. Top with chocolate chips.
- Place in the air-fryer and cook for 12-14 minutes at 300°F.
- Cool briefly, then enjoy!
