Description

Try this easy snack with 5g of protein per bite, healthy banana sweetness, delicious granola crunch, creamy SunButter flavor, and indulgent dairy-free chocolate chips. The perfect meal prep sweet treat, with endless ways to customize too!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (100g) granola
  • 3/4 cup (120g) dark chocolate chips (+ 1/4 cup for topping)
  • 2 cups (450g) dairy-free yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (192g) Original SunButter
  • 1/2 cup (60g) plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Silicone ice cube trays

Instructions

  1. Fill the bottom or each ice cube cavity with a small spoonful of granola.
  2. Melt the 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. Drizzle a small spoonful over top of the granola in each cavity, and tap the tray a few times to distribute.
  3. Blend the yogurt, SunButter, and protein powder until smooth. Pour into each cavity, filling almost to the top.
  4. Place a banana slice into each cavity, halfway submerging. Top with a few chocolate chips and a drizzle of SunButter.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Pop out of the tray, and let soften at room temperature for 5 minutes or so before eating.
  7. Keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.
