The ultimate summertime treat for any matcha lover, this dairy-free Matcha Ninja Creami recipe is a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream with all the green tea goodness in a creamy high protein recipe!
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Organic SunButter
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional if your protein powder is sweetened)
- 2–3 tsps ceremonial grade matcha powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend all the ice cream ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container, and freeze overnight (or at least 8 hours).
- Blend on the “lite ice cream” setting. Add a splash of milk. “Re-spin” 1-2 times until creamy.
- Add toppings if desired, and enjoy!
