My favorite high-protein frozen fall dessert! This ninja creami pumpkin ice cream is dairy-free, fruit-sweetened, and full of warm cozy pumpkin spice. Mix-in a handful of nuts or granola for an instant pumpkin pie (but healthy) experience!




  1. Blend all the ingredients until very smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Freeze overnight (or minimum 8 hours).
  4. Process in the Ninja Creami on the “light ice cream” setting. 
  5. Add a splash of milk, then process on “re-spin”.
  6. Add mix-ins of choice (optional, it’s delicious without!) and process on “mix-in”
  7. Enjoy!


*I personally think it has much better flavor than conventional
