Coconut Hemp Rawnola
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 6–8 pitted Medjool dates
Mulberry Rawnola
- 3/4 cup dried white mulberries
- 6–8 pitted Medjool dates
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for either version in a food processor. Process until just clumpy. DO NOT over-process or it will turn into a ball.
- Transfer to a jar or container. If it’s too sticky, refrigerate uncovered overnight in a shallow container to dry it out.
- Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
