Why do I call these Shamelessly Fruity Brownies? Because they are chock full of fruit not trying to pretend it’s anything else. These brownies are packed with four different fruits for some high-carb fruity goodness. In fact the only ingredient that is not fruit is the cacao powder…which actually does come from the cacao pod which is a fruit…so it’s all fruit!
Not only are these super healthy, but they are also super easy. It’s just three steps really: blend all the brownie ingredients, blend all the frosting ingredients, then put the two together and let the refrigerator do the rest.

Hi, these look wonderful! But I was just wondering, should they be made on the same day as they are to be eaten?
Thanks a lot!
Hi Kristin! They will be the softest and have the most moisture on the day you make them, but actually I prefer them the second day after chilling them in the fridge overnight. They are slightly firmer that way. I would say max they can last before being too dry is about 4-5 days in the fridge.
Hey Nat,
These Raw Nut free Brownies looks very good and easy to make!
But if I dont have figs and mulberries, is it possible to substitute with Dates only?
When you say 1cup Dates it is always “packed” ? (200g as you said?)
#LOAF PAN
What is the size of you Loaf Pan please?
Same for the No Bake Brownies with Fudgy Fat free Frosting?
Is it possible in a glass Dish or Square Pan? Which sizes?
Thanks Nat!

Hey Nath,
It is me again!
When I asked you for a Cheesecake topping idea I thought about the Banana Date Caramel but how is the texture compare with Silky Sweet Caramel you make with Coconut Milk?
It can be frozen and made with food processor?
Then, if I wanted to make this Brownie, I have dried Raisins Thompson and Dates so it can substitute Dried figs and white Mulberries?
#PANS
I now have both 8inch and 9 inch Square so is it ok for this brownie and all others?
Please let me know
Many thanks

Hi Nath,
Hope you are doing well?
Sorry if I ask you again but I wzs waiting for your answer to know if the Banana Date Caramel can be frozen with the whole brownie or even on itself for another use?
The Banana turn brown easily so maybe the freezer can slow the process instead of fridge storage?
Please let me know
Many thanks
Friendly

I haven’t tried freezing the caramel myself, so you will have to experiment!
